Zoe June 4, 2022 2022 Zoe (now spelled Zoey) and her two puppies, Chip and Daisy, were surrendered to BFPA by a man from Ramseur who could no longer care for them. Cyndy (pictured) & Mike of Apex took Momma Zoey to foster and fell in love.
