Toby was found running loose by a family who took him home and then to the vet where he was x-rayed and diagnosed with a sprained wrist, which is completely healed. He had over 100 ticks removed, was underweight, and had a raw neck (it was determined that he was probably chained). Grateful to his finder-family, BFPA was able to admit him into our rescue. He has been adopted by Erin and her son, Noah, both of Holly Springs.
