Tilly was found as stray and ended up in Wake County Shelter. She was extremely frightened at the shelter and was almost euthanized because they couldn’t handle her. Thankfully a patient foster allowed her to regain her confidence, and Tilly has been adopted by Rosemary and Christopher of Durham.
