Sugar, now called Casper, is one of a litter of 6 male chihuahua puppies (Butterscotch, Fudge, Marshmallow, Sprinkles, Sugar, Vanilla) turned in to the shelter by someone who said they “found” them in a dumpster. He has been adopted by Jenifer (pictured) and Richard of Cary. Also in the photo is their son Joshua holding their other dog, Kasey.
