Jolene June 12, 2021 2021 Jolene was found as a stray and brought to a full Vance County shelter. Luckily for her, BFPA stepped in and brought her into our foster program! She was a foster-to-adopt by Kaitlyn, the daughter of one of BFPA’s long-time fosters!
