Jake was a stray from Randolph County and was initially adopted from BFPA in Nov. 2020 and returned to us 2 months later. He’s a shy, barky boy so many thanks to former BFPA adopters Michelle & Brian of Raleigh for taking Jake in to foster. After having him over a year, he’s a foster failure! Jake is still nervous but loves his family, which includes 3 dogs (former BFPA dog Toby from 2014 being one), numerous chickens, goats, turkeys and geese. Michelle & Brian have 2 acres of fenced-in property and are hoping to develop a small sanctuary to sell fresh eggs and goats’ milk and cheese.
