Izzy and Panda were found together eating roadkill in Tyrrell County when someone called Animal control to come pick them up. Izzy is a foster failure with Kara and her son, Rock, of Raleigh. Kara is also a repeat BFPA dog adopter with Harlan, originally named Jonas and a member of the 2016 Snow Pup Litter.
