Howey & Hailey were owner surrenders to another rescue earlier this year. Unfortunately they were stressed in the home with the small children and the family asked for help to rehome. The other rescue was not having luck finding a foster or adopter for this pair and they were not doing well in boarding, so they reached out for help and BFPA was able to find a foster. Hailey is now living in Chapel Hill with Barbara.
