Ethel came to the Orange County shelter as a stray and she was in pretty rough condition. She was missing most of her fur and had skin and ear infections. This may be one of the sweetest dogs BFPA has rescued in a long time. She is adored by her new family of Heather, Jeffrey, and their 4 cats, all of Holly Springs.
