Echo is one of seven puppies (Autumn, Bones, Casper, Charm, Echo, Shadow, Spirit) born into BFPA foster care after their mom, Lulu, was brought into the Vance County Shelter as a pregnant stray. Echo was born deaf, but has learned multiple hand signs already! He lives in Apex with Christy, John, and their daughter, Kathryn.
