Dolly was surrendered to Randolph County along with her sister when the landlord told the owner they had to leave. She now lives in Chapel Hill with Jason and Amy and their children Seamus and Phoebe. Dog in front is Elbe, a BFPA alum from 2011, a member of the JCrew Pups.
