Panda and Izzy were found together eating roadkill in Tyrrell County when someone called Animal control to come pick them up. Renamed Joey, she now lives in Sanford with Jennifer and Billy.

Russ found himself in a rural shelter and was rescued in the nick of time before Hurricane Dorian hit NC. Ed and Christina of Clayton set out just to foster Russ for BFPA, but like many, they became foster failures!
Clover was rescued from a small, rural shelter. Once alerted, BFPA was more than happy to save this sweet girl and help her find her forever family. Renamed Mazie, she has been adopted by Bill and Frankie of Saxapahaw.

Petey was taken in by a nice lady who found out he was being abused by his owner because he was not turning out to be a good hunting dog. Petey, now renamed Clancy was adopted by Effie from Zebulon.
