Astaire, on left, received his name because he was quite the dancer in his kennel at the shelter. He was found as a stray and never reclaimed. He was renamed Walter and adopted by Penny (pictured) and Jon of Lillington
Emmy, renamed Gypsy was found as a stray and taken to Granville County Shelter where she was never reclaimed. She has been adopted by Amber and her family of Apex.
