BFPA took in a senior bonded pair, Faith & Dawn, from Vance County Shelter. They were severely neglected and their “before” pictures were heartbreaking. The shelter spent several hours shaving them down, giving them baths, and cleaning them up when they came in. Sadly, Faith passed away while in foster care due to such poor health. Renamed Maggie, Dawn has been adopted by Theresa and Leah of Fuquay Varina.
