This cutie, now renamed PEPPER, was an owner surrender to BFPA. He was only in BFPA foster care for a little over 2 months, as we knew he would go fast! PEPPER lives in Raleigh with Katie (pictured) and Wes.
This adorable boy was pulled from a rural animal shelter by BFPA on what was to be his "last day." He now lives in Fuquay Varina with Jacob and Rakel and their daughter, Clara.
ENO, on the left, is one of 3 Hawaiian Pups from 2024. Adopted by Lauren & Jared of Holly Springs, she is seen here with 2 of their 5 children: Zach and Noah, and their other dog.
COPPER was pulled from the Randolph County Shelter where he landed as a stray. He's got a great home in Fuquay Varina with Fran and her partner Ray. Fran had previously adopted 2 dogs in 2012 from BFPA.
HART, the last of the 3 Construction Pups Litter to be finalized, she is now called POPPY. This group got its name because there were many puppies abandoned at a construction site when they were only a few days old. BFPA
MAKITA, a member of the Construction Pups Litter of 2024, is now called ARTEMIS (ARTIE for short). She lives in Clayton with Deborah and James and their daughter.
LADY -- has been renamed LUCY. She was found as a stray by someone who offered to foster her through BFPA. LUCY lives in Raleigh with Jeff and Margaret.
RUTH -- was another foster failure with Kelly & Michael of Raleigh, referenced above with THOR. In fact Kelly found THOR and RUTH, along with RUTH's sister, DARLA, who I will picture in the next group of adoptions.
