Bertie (on the left) was pulled from Vance County shelter where she was brought as a stray and never reclaimed. Name now spelled Byrdie, she lives in Cary with multiple BFPA adopter Beth, who also adopted BFPA alum Raisyn (originally called Raven) in 2015.
