Shaggy September 5, 2020 2020 Shaggy was adopted from Johnston County Animal Services in February, but sadly his owner passed away and the family returned Shaggy to the shelter. BFPA was happy to admit him into our rescue and find him a new home with Tiffanie in Raleigh.
