Blossom September 26, 2021 2021 Hazel and her five, 4-week old puppies (Bud, Blossom, Robin, Rose, Sunny) were owner surrenders to Randolph County. The owner realized they could no longer take care of them so gave them up. Blossom has been adopted by Heather and family of Raleigh.
