Russ found himself in a rural shelter and was rescued in the nick of time before Hurricane Dorian hit NC. Ed and Christina of Clayton set out just to foster Russ for BFPA, but like many, they became foster failures! They also rescued Vera, on the left, from a shelter. Ed is also a repeat BFPA adopter from 2005 of Lima, originally called Roxy.
