Clover was originally found in the woods and brought to Granville County shelter where BFPA brought her into our foster program. She was adopted by Evan & Kristin of Cary.
Bonnie and Clyde were picked up on the side of the road by animal control and brought to the Granville County Shelter. These poor babies were in rough shape: covered in fleas, malnourished, and had mange. Clyde, (on right, renamed
Theo (on the left), Tucker, and Timmy were dumped in Johnston County. Renamed Lupin, he now lives in Durham with Erin and her other dog, Tonks. Erin has also adopted several cats from BFPA.
Ella, on the left, was found as a stray in Vance County. Now called Hazel, she has been adopted by Sarah (pictured), Chris and their other dog, Odie, all of Raleigh.
A friend of a BFPA volunteer took in Fraser and Blue after they were being given away and asked if we could help. Fraser, renamed Goku (on the right) has been adopted by Arion and Jamie and their other dog,
Lodi, in the middle, was found as a stray in Randolph County with Finn. Now called Lottie, she was a foster failure with Betsy (on right) and Joe and their daughter Rachel. They recently moved to Apex where they have
Penelope, now called Penny, and Dusty were surrendered to a rural shelter because the family's baby was allergic to dogs. She has been adopted by Maria and Chris (and son Jonathan), all of Apex.
