Herman was found as a heartworm positive stray in Wake County. We cleaned him up and now he has been renamed Sherlock and adopted by Kelly of Durham.

Timon is part of a litter of puppies from Caswell County (Tillie, Tess, Tiger Lily), who happen to be a litter from Lucy, who we admitted into BFPA a few weeks prior to her puppies.  Now called Finn, he lives

Tiny Tina and Outie came to BFPA when their owner passed away. She now lives in Raleigh with her new owner, Kat.

Olive was found by a young couple in Mount Olive (hence her name) who did their due diligence to try and find her owner. After her stray hold was up, they reached out to rescue for help. Renamed Princess, she

Missy was surrendered by her owner to the Caswell County Animal Shelter. She now lives in Holly Springs with Debby and Al.

Poor Marty was picked up as a stray in Granville County and never reclaimed. Renamed Sammy, he lives happily in Chapel Hill with Patrick and his Mom, Lisa.

Izzy and Panda were found together eating roadkill in Tyrrell County when someone called Animal control to come pick them up. Izzy is a foster failure with Kara and her son, Rock, of Raleigh. Kara is also a repeat BFPA

Maple was adopted into a great home last year when she was a young puppy. As time went on, she and another female dog in the  household started having difficulties getting along. It was determined by an animal behaviorist that
